Today, the development is already 75% leased, anchored by industry leaders GIANT Food and Club Studio by LA Fitness.

Brought to life by Retail Sites, LLC, our team carries a trusted 20-year history of delivering on our commitments to townships throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. Led by principal Robert Hill—who brings 40 years of commercial development expertise—Concord Acquisition LLC purchased the property in December 2024.

Alongside a nationally recognized consulting team including Bohler Engineering, BCT Architects, and Bowman Associates, we are fully committed to meeting or exceeding all environmental, traffic, landscaping, and design codes. Our goal is simple: to develop a beautiful, enduring asset that respects the rights of our neighbors and ensures long-term success for Concord Township.
